The Côté district includes the Côté Gold construction project and the adjacent Gosselin deposit. The Project is a 70:30 joint venture between IAMGOLD, as the operator, and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd.
Effective ownership: 64.75% IAMGOLD, 27.75% Sumitomo Metal Mining, and 7.5% other interest.

The Côté Gold processing plant will be highly automated with a 36,000-tonne-per-day ore-processing capacity.
