Côté Gold sponsors Mattagami First Nation’s annual Powwow

We’re proud to have sponsored Mattagami First Nation’s 10th Annual Powwow in September. 

This important cultural event gave guests the opportunity to learn more about our partner’s traditions and to actively participate in honouring their culture. 

Powwows are traditional celebrations of Indigenous culture that are often open to the public. They offer an opportunity for non-Indigenous guests to learn about, experience and honour aspects of Indigenous culture. 

Manager of Operations for Côté Gold, Francis Letarte-Lavoie, shares “everyone at Côté takes enormous pride in our collaboration with our Indigenous partners and what we have achieved together. We are incredibly grateful to Mattagami First Nation for every opportunity to be part of an important community event.”
