Mining Engineering students from Laurentian University at Côté Gold in late March

Back in February, IAMGOLD’s President and CEO, Renaud Adams, along with Bryan Wilson, Côté Gold Vice President and General Manager, and other executives, visited Laurentian University to witness the impact of IAMGOLD's $2 million investment. The tour showcased the completion of the Engineering Junction, the refurbishment of the mine design lab, and the acquisition of essential equipment for engineering teaching labs. The visit also highlighted critical research projects supported by IAMGOLD’s funding.
The Côté Gold team also hosted 18 Mining Engineering students from Laurentian University at the mine site on March 27. The students explored the control room, maintenance shop, ore stockpile, and open pit, gaining insights into the industry.
