Processing plant

Structural steel erection at the processing plant, which started in October 2021, is mostly complete. More than half of the wall panel cladding is installed. The primary and secondary crusher buildings are complete. The primary crusher feeder frames, chutes and associated supports are on site. Conveyor fabrication is progressing and is being delivered as sections are completed. Major components of the ball mill are progressing and elements have started shipping.
Earthwork activities continued with a focus on spring thaw preparations. Water realignment channel work continues. Clam Lake Dam #1 and #2 are complete. Tailings management facility starter dam foundation excavation continues. Main access road construction is complete.
Equipment delivery is ongoing and inventory at site is increasing. Operational readiness activities are ongoing, including identifying spare parts requirements for critical equipment and procurement strategies for long lead-time items and key consumables. Ordering for capital spares, operational spares and long lead-time parts started in December 2021.
